Nursery enjoy cream tea as they celebrate the Royal Wedding

Ahead of the Royal Wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on Saturday 19 May, Nursery had themselves a very special celebratory afternoon tea to honour the new royal couple on the Friday (18 May).

As the Nursery was transformed into a royal palace, with Union Jack flags dotted everywhere, castles being decorated and plenty of kings and queens in attendance, the children prepared themselves for a spot of cream tea and scones.

Not only did the girls and boys enjoy tucking into their royal snack, they also sang songs with Junior School Headmaster, Antony Hudson, they showed off their artistic skills and even dressed up in traditional royal outfits.

To top it all off, there was even a very special 'visit' from the new bride and groom to be, who were 'model professionals' throughout the visit.
