Celebration of Religious Education in local primary schools
Today (12 March 2015), nearly 300 primary school children from Reception to Year 6, from four local Catholic primary schools, attended a special celebration Mass at St George’s College, Weybridge.

Ten days of hockey glory
It has been a brilliant ten days for Boys ' Hockey at St George's College, Weybridge with the Under 12, Under 13 and Under 14 teams all crowned champions of Surrey and qualifying for the South Finals. However, the jewel in the crown must be the 1st XI St George's hockey 6s victory. After an 11 year wait, the 1st XI finally managed to get their hands on the 'Governors' Cup' again.

Last Wednesday evening (4 March 2015) saw the College Spring Concert take place in the Chapel at St George’s College, Weybridge , featuring a wide variety of ensembles and soloists that St George’s College has to offer.

Georgian of the Week
The Georgian of the Week celebration continued last week (week commencing 2 March 2015) and was won by a group of students in the Second Year at St George’s College, Weybridge who had been set the challenge to plan, cook and display a savoury or sweet dish of their choice demonstrating either; the use of FairTrade products, or the consideration of Food Miles.

Inspirational visit from international table tennis stars
Paul and Joanna Drinkhall, the British Men and Woman’s Number 1 table tennis seeds, as well as the 8th seed David McBeath, visited the PE lessons at St George’s College, Weybridge on Wednesday (4 March 2015). Paul is currently top 40 in the world.

St George’s College wins hockey 6s regional tournament
After a break of 11 years, on Wednesday 4 March 2015, St George’s College, Weybridge won the 37th annual St George’s 6s boys’ hockey tournament.
