Poet visits for National Poetry Day at the Junior School
On Thursday October, which was National Poetry Day, we were very lucky to have James Carter, a well know poet visit the Junior School.

Runners up in U16 Surrey Hockey Trophy
On Wednesday 1st October the U16B hockey team finished as runners up of the U16 Surrey Hockey Trophy. They had an excellent day of hockey where they were the only B team playing in the round robin event.

Lest We Forget concert
On Friday 26th September, both choirs of St George’s College joined together with Clari Cantus, an award-winning choir for Leuven, Belgium, to put on a concert in commemoration of the WWI anniversary and to mark the start of the College’s own celebrations.

British Food Fortnight
British Food Fortnight is a national celebration of our British food, and the health benefits and pleasures of eating quality, fresh, seasonal and regionally distinct produce. The 4th year GCSE Food and Nutrition students were set the challenge of preparing, making and presenting a range of traditional British dishes.
