'Environment Alert' - key issues debated at Year 6 Geography workshops
The Humanities Department at St George's Junior School have targeted the Environment as the key issue for 2018.
The Junior School pupils have already taken part in a series of assemblies from Year 5 and special talks from the Royal Geographical Society about the key issues affecting our planet in 2018.
Now Year 6 have joined the debate and been enthused by a very interactive presentation from Freshwater Theatre, focusing on themes of energy, global warming, recycling and local environmental issues. The pupils will be following up these important themes in class over the next few weeks.
