Author Andrew Lane visits St George's College for book signing

Popular author Andrew Lane visited St George's College at the end of term to meet excited First and Second Year students, answer their questions and sign some books.

Known for his Young Sherlock Holmes and AWOL series, among others, Andrew's books are hugely popular with students at St George's College and they were very keen to meet him and have their books signed.

Whilst signing books, Andrew was happy to answer questions and give some top tips to the students, sharing his inspirations and methods used whilst writing a new book.

Whether it's inside or outside the classroom, our teachers and librarians always encourage and nurture creativity to develop the students' talents or simply for the joy of it.
