Opening hours (effective September 2019)
From September 2019 we will be extending our Lower Nursery hours
In response to the growing need and parental demand for greater flexibility, we have introduced an optional after-Nursery club, which will extend our current Nursery provision until 5pm.
Monday to Friday (during School term time, excluding bank holidays)
8.00am - 8.30am - Optional ‘Early Bird’ club
8.30am – 12.00 noon Morning Session only
8.30am – 3.00pm Full day session (including hot lunch)
3.00pm – 5.00pm - Optional after-Nursery 'Koala Club’

Girls and boys rising age three and upwards are invited to come for a short visit with a parent present, and will be presented with a variety of activities to explore. We look for children who are eager, ready to learn and have concentration and language skills appropriate to their age. As well as personal and social skills, we also look for imagination and individuality.
Nursery celebrate Easter bonnet parade
After creating and designing their very own Easter bonnets (with a little help from their parents), the Nursery children then set off on a parade around the Junior School, before taking part in a truly special Easter egg hunt with their parents.
Nursery say thank you to their mums in special Mother's Day service
Nursery children at St George's Junior School gave their mums an early Mother's Day treat on Friday 29 March as they performed a medley of uplifting songs to thank their mums for everything they do for them. Read more.

Nursery bring stories to life on World Book Day
The children celebrated World Book Day in March by dressing up as their favourite literary characters and taking part in a number of special activities including creating their own literary lanterns.
