Talented musicians perform for parents in Associated Board Concert

Talented musicians at St George's Junior School took centre stage on Thursday 8 June as they performed in front of their parents, teachers and peers in preparation for their Associated Board exams.

The pupils will be taking their Associated Board exams this term and in order to give them a bit of confidence and some final practice before the exams, the girls and boys performed in front of a full music room in the Performing Arts Centre.

Displaying some real talent throughout the concert, the children bravely stood in front of their parents and peers. Each of them either sang a song or played a piece on their chosen instrument.

Delighted and proud parents heard some wonderful vocal performances, they were dazzled by piano solos, and were treated to some excellent performances on the violin, flute and cello.

Every single child taking part in these exams has put in a lot of practice and St George's wishes them all the best.
