Sixth Formers rise to the challenge

The inquisitor Jeremy Paxman had nothing on Catherine Osborne and Toby Sanderson last Tuesday 7 February, as the two St George's students hosted 'The Sixth Form Challenge' at St George's College, Weybridge.

The College's Orchard Hall was buzzing with responses as students answered visual clues and questions on a rage of topics, all for a good cause. Over £500 was raised for the charity The Charlie Waller Memorial Trust, which focuses on mental health in teenagers, in honour of past student George Palmer.

Two Lower Sixth teams won both second and third prizes, whilst an Upper Sixth team took first prize, with just a point in it. It was a great evening, with a strong competitive spirit. It will certainly now become an annual event.
