Lower Sixth gather together for Vocation Discovery Festival

On Monday 26 July, Lower Sixth students gathered together for St George's Vocation Discovery Festival.

The students had small group discussions with different guest speakers throughout the day who all had a unique vocation story to tell. Students responded well and asked good questions and were able to reflect upon their own life choices.

The highlight of the day was a visit from Baroness Caroline Cox, who spoke to the students about her charity, Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust. With the charity, Baroness Cox acts as a voice for the voiceless, regularly visiting oppressed and marginalised people around the world. Baroness Cox opened the eyes of our students and many students were inspired by her message.
