Girls' hockey squads go unbeaten at Millfield Prep tournament

The Under 8 and Under 9 girls' hockey squads from St George's Junior School travelled to Millfield Prep School on Saturday 4 November for a big tournament.

The girls played some brilliant, fast attacking hockey during the course of the afternoon and were mightily impressive in front of goal. Winning 11 matches and drawing one, the two teams scored 35 goals between them and did not concede any goals!

Their behaviour was impeccable on the journey and during the tournament, with many parents and members of staff commenting on their commendable behaviour and play.

All 19 girls involved can be very proud of their achievements throughout the course of the tournament.
