Exceptional musical talent showcased at 'Lunchtime Live' concert

Last Thursday (19 January), the 'Lunchtime Live' concert series at St George's College, Weybridge started up again for the first time in 2017.

With parents and teachers eagerly watching on, six students took part in the concert, each displaying their own individual talents in their chosen field of music. 

The informal gathering included rousing vocal performances, from Sherwin's 'A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square' to Somervell's 'Young Love Lies Sleeping', stunning piano solos that included Ravel's 'Jeux d'Eau' and Astor's 'Adriana' as well as a very special violin solo.

It was a wonderful treat for those in attendance and really showcased the exceptional talent on offer at St George's.
