Day of sporting success for Under 12 girls' hockey teams

The under 12 girls' hockey teams at St George's College had a sensational day of sporting success on Thursday 9 February with two stunning tournament victories.

First up, the Under 12A girls' hockey team won the Surrey Cup, beating St Johns 2-0 in the final and qualifying for the Regionals in March.

The Under 12B girls' hockey team then followed suit and won the Surrey Trophy, winning all six of their round robin matches.

In addition to this, St George's own Jessica Entract was awarded Player of the Final and given a new hockey stick.

A huge congratulations to all the girls involved in the tournament victories.
