Academic Society Programme for Easter Term 2018

At the start of 2018, St George's College Staff announced a whole new Academic Society Programme for the Easter Term.

Introduced at the start of the new academic year in September 2017, and open to all students from every year group, the aim of the programme is to deepen students' love of learning and to broaden their knowledge of each subject area so that they can experience a variety of wider topics beyond the curriculum. There are lectures by staff and indeed students who have special interests in particular areas, there are lectures by guest speakers, trips, workshops, films and practical activities – there's something for everybody!

Many of the College students have already taken up the offer and have participated in a number of special events this half term.

To take a look at the programme, to see what’s on offer and most importantly – to take advantage of the wealth of opportunities offered to the students - please click HERE.

The College staff hope the students have a great year ahead and enjoy the programme.
